Planet Development Company, Inc. has been serving Las Cruces, building superior quality homes since 2000. We are proud to have received the Las Cruces Home Builders Association Home Builder of the Year Award in 2004.Planet Development Design-Build is a proud member of BUILD GREEN NM and promotes sustainable construction. Our design-build team can assist you in the design of your home, as well as working as your liaison in the selection of finishes, fixtures and appliances. We make it our priority to check and recheck each step of the construction process daily to ensure the finest quality and durability of construction. Planet Development overseas the entire process and selects the best suppliers and sub-contractors to maintain excellent standards of construction which will provide you with the best home investment possible. If you need some inspiration for your new home we have many valuable tools to help you including the opportunity to view some of our completed homes in person, as well as viewing completed home photos and sample plans. We can obtain lots in most Las Cruces area prestige subdivisions or build on your existing lot.

About Us
Gary Rogers
Gary started Planet Development company with his partner Al Tombaugh in 2000 then took over the company in 2008 when Al retired. Gary has been a member of both the local and National Home Builders Association since 2000. He was President of the Las Cruces Home Builders Association and received the Builder of the year award in 2004. He is also a Life Director of the state Home Builders Association. Gary has been a Chairman of Showcase of Homes committee and has also been on the Board of Directors for the Las Cruces Home Builders. Gary is a certified Master Green Professional through the National Home Builders Association.

Being a graduate of New Mexico State University, FarmHouse Fraternity Alumni, and raising his family here has made him appreciate the amazing amenities and beauty that both Las Cruces and New Mexico have to offer.
